PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

 

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time

Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.

Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate.

  • International Orders:
  • It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and we apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on the DoyoBest.com website's "Track order" page using your order number and email. Alternatively, log in to your account and visit My Account > My Order.

 

SHIPPING FEE

 

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight. You may need to pay extra when your order has to go through customs.

 

DELIVERY AREAS

 

Our products can be shipped to the US, UK, and AU, except for:

  • Large packages like Canvas or Metal Sign cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure a safe and quick delivery.
  • We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.
  • Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. DoyoBest.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.

Changing your address is eligible within 2 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.

We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.

 

SPECIAL NOTES

 

  • Once your order is successfully made and ready to be shipped out, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Kindly monitor your inbox to see your tracking number and you can follow the package all the way home. 
  • With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Halloween or Christmas, production and delivery time might extend a few days longer. Our cut-off times should be publicly shown on our website. We do not guarantee the on time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after cut-off dates.

    Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address

    Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are correct. Otherwise, the items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Trending Custom is not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to the incorrect/insufficient shipping information.

    If you would like to change your address, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we cannot modify your delivery details. 

    We might attempt to contact you to get your confirmation if there are problems with your shipping address like wrong city/state spelling or incorrect ZIP code. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee the on time delivery of your order in these scenarios.

    TAX

    Please note that any taxes or customs fees charged by the US government upon import of the goods are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the shipping cost. These charges may vary depending on the value of the goods and the laws of the importing country.

    Refusal of Delivery

    Should your order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we shall assume you want to cancel the Contract and we shall deem it terminated.

    We do not accept order rejections. If you refuse delivery of any package from DoyoBest, we will not provide a refund. Please ensure that you really need to order the product and confirm that your order information is correct.

    When placing an order, please be sure to check the quantity, model, color, shipping address, and other information on your order. If you have any questions about the products you ordered, please contact us before placing the order.

    If you receive a product with any issues such as wrong/damaged/missing, we will handle it according to our refund policy.

    Order Never Arrived/Lost/Stolen Shipments

    Please note DoyoBest Official is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received. Please contact service@doyobest.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Kindly note this process may take 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier.
