I ordered an ornament of my granddaughter and I, and I have expected it to never arrive or to be unbelievably bad when it did arrive. However, it is lovely, and she will be so excited. I will happily order from this company again and again.
The background of the heart is pale and the names are hard to see. Very disappointed. The rest of the ornament is fine but it loses the sparkle with the names being so faded/dull.

I am very very happy with the Christmas ornament depicting me and my granddaughter! The images actually looked very much like the two of us, and the images were fun and easy to create. Shipping took a bit longer than I wanted, but it arrived before Christmas so all is good. I hope it will be a keepsake my granddaughter will enjoy for years to come. (She loved it too)
