I feel let down by receiving a flat disc, it’s not as special as it looks on the web page.

I received my Christmas dog bauble yesterday and I am so happy with my purchase. This order is a gift for my daughter. I chose to have a photo of our beautiful girl Mabel put on a bauble to hang on my daughters tree.
